History
Kamen Rider Build first appeared in the 44th episode of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. He accidentally mistaken Genm as Ex-Aid while helping him take down some Bugsters. After beating him as GorillaMond and realizing that Genm is not Emu Hojo, he take his leave.
Build appeared in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid: True Ending, Build appears to fight Mighty Brothers XX, after asking is that really Ex Aid. He then defeated Parado who transformed into Perfect Knockout. After that, he saw the chance has came, so he took the essence of Mighty Action X Level 2, before leaving and saying "See you!".
In That One with the Best Match, Sento was shown near the Pandora's Box. Nariaki Utsumi then told Gentoku Himuro that Sento has passed his test with flying colors, after showing him the resume. His eyes were drawn to a "maybe". He asked why, and Sento replied that he has amnesia.
Sento was then applied to the Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics, to do some research about the Pandora's Box. He was later shown back in the Nascita Caffe, next to the owner Soichi Isurugi. He was discussing to Sento about a year's worth rent, and Sento was surprised and of course, disappointed. He remembered that he needed to go to his work, and he especially does not need to be late on first day! He suddenly took out his new invention, the Build Phone. Soichi jokingly asked is it for Sento to call him if he is sick, and he replies the obvious answer. He changed it into the motorcycle mode, by inserting the Lion Fullbottle, and Soichi tells him to not use it in the Caffe.
After going to work, Gentoku discusses some stuff to him regarding the Pandora's Box. After he went back, he got a call from Soichi, who tells him about an escaped fugitive who has murdered somebody. Sento went there. He transformed into Build and used the motorcycle to get there. He stopped when he saw him. He then went of his motorcycle and began to argue with Ryuuga Banjou. Ryuuga kept telling Build that he murdered nobody, but Build didn't buy it, not at first.
They were interrupted by a Strong Smash, who Ryuuga fought first before being unable to handle it. Build saw his spirit, and trusted him, as he defeated the Smash. Suddenly, Touto minions came and told Build to handover Ryuuga. Build said he was gonna regret, as he took his motorcycle and demanded Ryuuga to sit on it before driving off. Build said tha Ryuuga wasn't stupid after all, before telling him that his fly was open. Ryuuga asked since when, and Build told him from the start and to figure it himself! They started fighting on the motorcycle, while Night Rogue watches them over.

In Rider War Starts, Sento was called to the Touto government, alongside with Ryuuga. Gentoku hired them as military weapons, by Sento denies it and walks away. Sento and Ryuuga were then surrounded with guards, holding guns. Gentoku then tell them they have no choice, before putting metal bracelets on them, to monitor them.
Suddenly, the Hokuto Three Crows came and fiercely fought them. After the fight was over, they attempted to take the Fullbottles, which they quarreled about. When they look back, they were missing.
Later, Sento takes off the bracelet, and claims that he does not need to be monitored to become a military weapon. He offers Ryuuga help to take off his, but Ryuuga denies it. Later, Sento finishes the Sclash Driver and encases it in a chest, while he is in bad thought.
Ryuuga and Sento was later in the Nascita Caffe. Ryuuga asks Sento whether or not he finished the Sclash Driver, before opening the chest and looking at it. He also took out the Dragon Sclashjelyl, thinking it was for him, but Sento told him not to get the wrong idea, because it was the only Fullbottle compatible with it.
Sawa enters and tell them about Misora had escaped. Sento run through the whole war to find her, where he eventually did. She was hiding behind a tree, where she attempts to break her bracelet. Sento stops her and hugs her, telling it was his fault.
Later, the Hokuto Three Crows arrive once again, and fights Sento, who transformed into RabbitTank Sparkling. Later, after he had fell, Ryuuga came. Build's eyes widened in horror and frantically reminded Ryuuga to not use it, because it was dangerous, which he idiotically did. Later, they fought and nearly defeated them. They later did a rider kick together and strike them. After they were defeated, Kazumi Sawatari came while taking out the Sclash Driver...

Transfomations
For Sento to transform, he needs to shake two Fullbottles, one organic and the other one inorganic, and insert it in the Twin Fullbottle Slot. He will then crank the Vortex Lever which causes the essence to go inside the driver and spins some gears. The essence will form a Snap Ride Builder. He then says "henshin" and the two suits collide to each other and goes in place. The announcement will play afterwards.
If the form is a Trial Form, the Build Driver will not say any annoucement, and it will just create the name by connecting the two words together.
If he wants to switch form during transformation, he will take out the Fullbottles, replace it and say "build up".
To transform into RabbitTank Sparkling, he will shake the fizzy can of the transformation, insert it and the essence leak. It leaks to a more bulkier version of the Snap Ride Builder. After the phrase is said, the two forms smash onto each other, causing Build to transform into the rider, with the announcement.
If the form is a Trial Form, the Build Driver will not say any annoucement, and it will just create the name by connecting the two words together.
